Welcome to lovely Wednesday. Every two weeks we look at a different way of having cheap, easy fun that benefits our brains.

This week we go to a dog show! We interview dogs, chat to their humans, and even persuade someone to try being a dog themselves!

Dogs can help us all get back in touch with our inner child, give you more fun while you get a bit of exercise, and help you build up your empathy and ability to connect with others… all while reminding you to play.

In an age where play is being commodified and leased back to us at a huge cost, we all need to be reminded that billion dollar companies don't own our imaginations, we do.
